I created the Compliance Direct role for Customer Care at GMAC Mortgage. Responsibilities covered responding to internal and external audit findings, self-identification of high-risk issues, also built controls to address any findings and high-risk situations. I was part of the CFPB response team, where we implemented required rule changes, coordinated all audits. Most recently at Lincoln Savings Bank I lead the Mortgage Operations Team, which handled all customer data security and compliance, OFAC results, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) data and reporting for our mortgage lending activities.
