Martín Pietruszka is an Argentine journalist, executive producer, and content strategist based in Miami.He led the audiovisual and streaming strategy for El Observador, a multimedia group with operations in Uruguay, Argentina, Spain, and the United States, where he drives the newsroom’s transformation toward a convergent, innovative model focused on audience growth.Over more than two decades of experience, Martín has created and produced hundreds of hours of content for television, digital platforms, and streaming. He has led production teams in broadcast television, cable, and streaming both in Argentina and the United States, developing formats and creating shows that achieved record-breaking audience levels across multiple platforms.Since relocating to Miami, he has collaborated with journalists, content creators, industry leaders, and brands to help them transition from the traditional media ecosystem to YouTube and other digital platforms — building community, conversation, and monetization opportunities.With a Master’s degree in Content Management, his mission is to bridge traditional journalism with the creator economy, leading a new generation of Spanish-language audiovisual projects that combine credibility, creativity, and strategy.
