I manage Talent Acquisition for our Enterprise Shared Services IT division on 100+ active requisitions in applications, PM, cyber security, AI & Data Engineering, IT audit & compliance, networking, Secret & Top Secret cleared talent, system administrators, architects, and senior management (VP and Director level roles). Manage three recruiters and an interview scheduler. I recruit for half of these jobs, my recruiters handle the rest.
