   As the Cybersecurity PCI Team Lead, accountable for the entire annual PCI merchant compliance program. As a Level-1 merchant, the PCI program requires a QSA assessment of the CDE, resulting in a Report on Compliance (RoC) and Attestation of Compliance (AoC). The remaining scope is split into 30 merchant and service provider assessments, which are performed by the PCI team. • Eliminated scope for 80 world-wide contact centers by driving the implementation of a Dual Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) suppression solution.• Reduced scope across the company by strategically transferring responsibility to managed service providers.• Developed a script to analyze internal vulnerability scan results and publish open vulnerability ages for all in-scope applications. This provided the visibility needed to escalate unacceptable patch management practices to executives and drive responsive remediation.
