Developing, implementing, and executing learning strategies and interventions, by applying specialist knowledge and expertise in areas of team development, service redesign and organisational change.· Contributing positively and effectively to the decision-making process within the business and ensuring a positive and cohesive approach to training standards.· Researching, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes in a timely manner using a blended approach. Including digital learning, webinars, e-learning courses and workshops through using a variety of complementary and alternative techniques, which are aligned with business objectives.· Embracing and developing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions and high-performance coaching to help drive operational performance at the front line.· Responsible for the Company’s induction and onboarding process· Promoting the Learning & Development function to ensure our people are utilising all learning opportunities available.· Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a consultative approach to stakeholder management, partnering with them to assess learning requirements and providing advice on best practice solutions in their design- Coaching and Developing employees to enable them to come up with solutions to challenges or obstacles.
