I am an experienced CIO/CTO, and Shared Operations Officer with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing services industry, I have spent the last 20+ years leading global technology and operations teams to innovate, transform and drive efficiency. My passion is to help companies unlock their full potential by leveraging technology and operations to create value for customers and employees.Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the marketing services and advertising industry and the unique challenges it faces, including the need to balance creativity with business goals and the need to stay ahead of rapidly changing technologies and trends. My approach is to focus on building relationships and collaborating closely with all stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of our shared goals and values.In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the global IT function and the Shared Operations teams across HR, Finance, Real Estate, Procurement, and Travel. I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for ensuring that our company operates securely, efficiently, and effectively in these critical areas, while also providing positive and engaging experience for our employees.As a strategic thinker and collaborative leader, I work closely with our business leaders to develop and execute a defined technology and operations roadmap that supports our growth, enhances our employees and clients experience. I am passionate about leveraging technology and operational process development to drive business results and create value for stakeholders, and I am always looking for new ways to innovate and stay ahead of the competition. I am deeply involved in setting and delivering our Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and transformation journey using the new generative tools available to our industry. Prior to my current role, I held a variety of CIO, CTO and CEO Leadership positions within global marketing services firms. In these roles, I successfully led technology and operations initiatives that transformed the way our companies operated and delivered value to clients.
