TECHNICAL ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE: • Extensive experience of pressure testing including Riser Pipe work, Process pipe work drilling packages and nitrogen / helium testing leak/umbilical. • Fabrication of a variety of pipework ranging from ¼“ to heavy fabrication of 54” CS materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, super duplex and kuinfer • Accurate & efficient interpretation of drawings including isometrics P & IDs and GAs • Creation of work pack clearly demonstrating the scope of work to be completed • Complication of test packs and supporting documentation for hydrostatic and nitrogen leak testing • Ability to work on offshore installations, fabrication yards, onshore reception facilities and petrochemical plants in the UK and overseas •Completion of hydrostatic testing in climates ranging from -30° to +50° •Punch listing walk down of sub systems and systems for mechanical completions and commissioning •Worked in the following countries Nigeria Gabon Equatorial Guinea Singapore Russia Azerbaijan Kazakhstan USA France Germany Ireland UAE Egypt Tunisia Iran Qatar. •I have used the following systems GO-PLAN WPS CMS SAP WINPCS PROJECT WISE. •With systems above I have created jobcards completions systems from construction threw to start up Specialties: Hydrotesting/Leak testingPunch listing of piping/Mechanical systems.
