I am a highly experienced Commercial / Business Valuer with many years of experience in the specialised Licensed and Leisure sector and the ever evolving Buy to Let /HMO Market - I have worked over the years in Residential and in the Commercial sector - I joined Brownill Vickers in 1991 and set up Nicholson Property Consultants ( trading as NICHOLSON AND CO) in June 2016. My simple objective is to learn something new everyday, do a good job for my clients and enjoy life along the way. I am Surveyor and also an Valuer. I have 25 years of experience in the property field as a qualified Valuer and Surveyor and have worked in the property sector since 1988. I am a member of the PIRRS panel for Tied rental /MRO assessments - A member of the BII and FLVA and also a member and board member of the AVLP. I am a voluntary Director at Abbeydale Sports Club.
