Improving things and helping people! These are two things I love. I’m a UX Designer with a background in Operations Management. My structure and creativity from this career, paired with an inquisitive nature & a desire to make things work better, made UX a natural choice. I’ve found that UX allows me to use certain elements which I loved about my past career, and take them to the next level - research & synthesis, creative problem solving, working with people, and understanding the perspective of others.
