Primary responsibility is to drive sustainability, environmental, health and safety leadership for the Miller Milling facilities to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. This included development of policies and programs, developing, implementing and maintaining employee training programs, and driving hazard and risk evaluations and solutions. Additional leadership for corporate EHS data management, MSDS, LMS, and Sustainability systems. Member of Miller\'s Senior Leadership Team focusing on business strategy and growth.
