We give our clients informed organizational intelligence and personal agency in transactions and disputes. We guide clients through the most difficult negotiations of their lives. We use statistics-based evidence and knowledge of human behavior to help clients navigate increasingly complex laws and regulations. As External General Counsel, we work with organizations that require supplemental legal resources, desire expertise in managing outside counsel, or prefer access to budgeted monthly legal resources. We offer business succession planning, strategic intellectual property planning, and business formation sessions. Our work, informed by thousands of deals and disputes, focuses on getting the client\'s needs met. We have a strong interest in intellectual property, technology, modernizing trades (e.g. construction, HVAC) but service many traditional businesses as well.
