Key Achievements: Revamped the organisation’s Revenue Management System, by leveraging various manual processes, real time forecasting, business intelligence reports and assisted machine learning, which has enabled the intelligent pricing of over 200 million flight and accommodation combinations. Facilitated the customisation of full range holiday packages, by integrating with easyJet Airlines, HotelBeds, excursions, car hire, transfer partners, B2B trade contracts and bed banks. Strengthened the organisation’s software development culture, by actively promoting a software craftmanship mindsight, in addition to recommending appropriate ways of working, and systems architecture to streamline software delivery. Bolstered the organisation’s cost control measures, by monetarising every part of a holiday package for both adults and children, leading to a 200% margin increase year-on-year per holiday booking. Propelled organisational conversions and margins, by enabling price adjustments based on seasonal or customer demand, network capacity, special events and tactical campaigns. Steered the organisation’s strategy towards becoming the UK’s favourite holiday company, moving from just a small start-up in 2019, to being the 5th largest in 2022.
