Managed other Lean projects: root-cause analysis of a quality crisis using Python (big data, 40 corrective actions) and optimization of repair billing verification (€1.8M annual savings). Drove workshops and coaching (VSM, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED).Other In innovative projects within an elementary parts plant, performed production tests and statistical analyses (SPC, control plans, R&R gages, Cp indices in Python & Minitab), and conducted FMEAs to identify and mitigate risks. Supported digital transformation with data-driven tools for prioritization and KPI generation. Deployed on at-risk projects (incl. in Hamburg), building robust roadmaps and coaching PMs to restore customer satisfaction.
