Head of Long Income & Funding Solutions, working on acquisitions, disposals and funding\'s across the whole spectrum of the Real Estate market with a specialist focus on all things long income (leased, income strips and ground rents). I work across both the Living (Student, Healthcare and BTR) and traditional sectors as well as key mixed use regeneration projects and have structured and executed over £5.6bn of transactions over the past 12 years. I work on behalf of a wide range of institutional, property companies, developers and both public and private sector clients. Clients include PIC, M&G, Legal & General, Aviva, USS, Abrdn, LaSalle, Reef Estates, Gloucester Council, Oxford City Council, Gravesham Council and Stockton on Tees Borough Council.
