A Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner (CMIOSH), I am a highly motivated with passion and drive for health and safety that engages the workforce, Starting my journey as an apprentice, working at site level for a number of years I have taken on 20 years experience from the “coal face” through to management levels within the construction industry. During this time I have gained extensive knowledge and experience across various sectors including civil engineering, earthworks, highways, utilities, frameworks, housing and commercial new build, refurb and demolition.My key drivers consist of strategising around a foundation of excelling on core basics, people, effective communications, engagement and integrity of standards.
