I am a leader with 25 years of experience that has built and delivered purpose-driven Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, as well as Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) initiatives. Having driven marketing, communications, and corporate affairs programs, I am a seasoned professional with a natural passion for sustainable business practices, their relevance in the marketplace, and the value that they can add to a brand. As a leader of Corporate Responsibility at Kyndryl - the world\'s largest technology services company, with employees in 60 countries, and 18B in annual revenue - I lead Talent and Culture initiatives for the Marketing organization. I\'ve also led the formation and launch of The Kyndryl Charitable Foundation, created the corporate contributions strategy and programs for our core markets, all with alignment to the company\'s mission, vision and purpose.I excel at cultivating strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, multi-national nonprofits, governmental agencies, and employees, to deliver impactful and sustainable outcomes for the communities we serve. I also integrate client engagement opportunities for our programs and events, showcasing Kyndryl\'s commitment and capabilities to drive positive change through technology. Additionally, I am a public speaker, and facilitator, and producer of content that highlights the impact of our investments.
