Martin has over thirty five years’ experience in the aircraft engineering industry having worked at every level of the Engineering Organisational Structure. He has been fortunate to combine strong commercial acumen and contractual negotiation with a vast aircraft technical background. He has experienced contractual negotiations with Aircraft Leases and Lessors, MRO / OEM organisations and suppliers and has been the accountable budget controller for multi million pound contracts, ensuring delivery is maintained and preserving minimum commercial impact on the business.Martin has a very strong knowledge on all the various aircraft systems of the many engine / airframe combinations and worked / certified aircraft / Engines under all levels of maintenance from AOG / line maintenance to the very heavy D Checks & Shop visits from an apprentice to an UK CAA B1 / B2 / B3 / C, EASA B1 / B2 / B3 / C & FAA A&P Licensed Aircraft Engineer, combined with a very deep understanding of aircraft requirements, manufacturing, documentation operation and Technical Records. He has a vast experience Project Managing and performing new aircraft deliveries, entry into service and re-deliveries through to disposal. Representing the Lessee, Lessor, current operator and the next operator. Martin is also a very experienced Expert Witness in Aviation Claims, Disputes, Loss Adjustment and Aircraft accident / incident Investigations. He has a very comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of EASA Part M / 145 / 147 and 21 regulations and UK CAA regulations, having been an EASA Form 4 Post holder, accountable for ensuring compliance with regulation Part M / 145 / 147 / 21 and with aircraft leases. He also has an strong appreciation of FAA, TCCA, ANAC and CAAC regulation.Martin is an accomplished and qualified Commercial and Industrial Instructor and Aviation Industry Business Analyst Consultants. He is a proven Change Manager, setting and driving KPI\'s and developing a strong team ethos with regular appraisals and creating a supporting structure to deliver the day to day requirements in addition to the long term plan & goals. Martin is an authorised Senior Airworthiness Surveyor on all aircraft types, including helicopters, for a number of Regulatory Authorities, issuing Certificates of Airworthiness, Export Certificates of Airworthiness & Permits to Fly. Furthermore, he is an authorised EASA Airworthiness Review Certificate Signatory for a number of Part M. CAMO organisations and also authorised to approve AMP\'s and Modifications.
