In this role I lead a software engineering team in the Industry Solutions Engineering group within Microsoft. My particular group focuses on Government industry customers. The role sees me and my team tackling difficult cloud engineering problems in collaboration with Microsoft’s government customers. The collaborations are project-based and generally last between 2 and 6 months. My time in this role is split between hands-on software engineering, technical architecture and people management.
