In my current role as a Business Analyst, I get to manage projects where I maintain the minutes of meetings, data validation of various recruitment dashboards, maintain daily reports, schedule calls with stakeholders, developers, and team members, Keep track of development activities on Confluence and Jira. Developing promotional posters for newly developed dashboards as well as updates to existing dashboards and creating instructional videos for the dashboards created. As a Talent Advisory Coordinator, I have screened candidates for suitable job profiles, scheduled their interviews, and also provided candidate feedback post-interview. I have also worked on panel mapping, scheduling, and coordinating weekend drives. I have been the point of contact between the hiring team and the recruiting team. I have assisted the team in on-boarding panelists who conduct behavioral rounds of interviews by scheduling their training. Also, I have worked with stakeholders, hiring managers, and panelists from India, the US, the UK, Ireland, UAE, The Netherlands, Egypt, Romania, Rome, etc, with different time zones. As a Claims handler, I have assessed and dissected medical reports, Negotiated offers with the third party solicitors from the UK, using case-laws and Judicial College Guidelines. I have worked to ensure payments are raised within the timescale once the claim is settled. Corresponding with policy holders and legal entities via emails and calls has been a priority whilst working on claims. Also, I have arranged for treatments for the third party from our approved vendors (if required). Apart from my regular activities, I have also worked on reserve audit and system training for newly joined team members and have submitted daily reports.
