Responsible for Sustainable Purchasing within the Purchasing and Supply Department (€1.7 billion of purchases per year / 60 buyers)- Steering and operational integration of Responsible Purchasing : Creation and distribution of tools for buyers and qualiticians (MOOC, Responsible Purchasing Vision, CSR checklist, clausier, teaching aids, etc),training of buyers (new arrivals + consolidation of acquired knowledge), animation of CSR indicators (implementation & follow-up) Supporting purchasing projects to integrate the CSR dimension Steering and leading partnerships related to inclusion (GESAT network for sheltered sector / EPEC and MMI\'e for inclusion) Leading a team of Responsible Purchasing referents (6 people)- Transverse: Bilan Carbone Achats: managing the reduction of purchasing GHG emissions (2nd most emissive item): challenge of the accounting method, supporting 10 key suppliers in consolidating their low-carbon strategy,\"carbon\" training for buyers and structuring a global action plan Label RFAR (Supplier Relationships and Responsible Purchasing): implementation and monitoring of the action plan following the award + leader of the internal & external communication strategy Internal communication: Responsible Purchasing webinar, radio testimonials, awareness-raising interventions, etc. Trend analysis and monitoring, participation in conferences, benchmarks, etc.
