I am the overall office lead for the Leeds office which has over 350 employees. This includes responsibility for corporate compliance, culture and well being, cross business communication, leading stand downs and Town Halls and supporting the facilites team. During Covid-19, I was responsible for coordinating the regional Emergency Management Team in response to COVID 19 for five Yorkshire and North East offices. This included managing the shift to remote working and now implementing the New Ways of Working.
