Helping Managers understand that all decisions have a financial impact and ensuring that they understand and can use department figures and data, by spending time mentoring and coaching. Also ensuring that the management team have a consistent approach when dealing with staff is important in that staff are dealt with fairly and that hard work and a positive attitude are recognised and encouraged. The staff are key for all aspects of successful operations and Managers must understand this.As project Manager have planned and overseen the installation and sign off of large Industrial plant equipment, requiring civil works, sourcing external contractors, installation and commissioning.
