Including outlining and contributing to initial feature architecture, leading distributed scrum team to pragmatically develop the feature over multiple releases. PreviouslyThirteen years at Microsoft with a solid 10 years dedicated to test as a Principle Test Manager. During this time I’ve had simultaneous responsibility for test engineering, data center deployments and software release cycle project management spanning multiple projects and product releases. Within these projects, I’ve successfully built world-class test engineering teams from conception (zero engineers) to ~100 globally distributed engineers supporting multiple development efforts. Additionally and to underscore my success at people development, as part of Microsoft’s annual review process, each year the employees take an Organizational Health (OHI) Survey which measures their manager’s ability to lead, mentor and manage. Over the course of my career at Microsoft, I consistently ranked in the top 25% of managers across the entire company in this survey. These results underscore my ability to consistently develop and lead healthy and productive teams of geographically distributed world-class test engineers.
