   I\'m responsible for leading a team of Business Partners at EY to identify and support the learning needs of our Assurance professionals globally.I\'m very proud of the fact that our learning program for auditors - The Audit Academy - has been recognized with 10 industry awards for learning. In particular, the Brandon Hall Group recognized the Academy with a gold award for best strategy for and best launch of a corporate learning university, in addition to multiple awards for learning design and innovation, and an award for learning results.The Audit Academy is a truly global program, deployed across all EY\'s geographic regions, and not only develops technical audit skills and knowledge, but also emphasizes critical thinking, professional skepticism, professional judgement, teaming, business acumen and project management. In that way the Audit Academy not only develops great auditors, but also prepares our people to become the business leaders of the future.
