I’m a Product Leader driven by a simple belief: when technology elevates the employee experience, businesses transform - and people thrive.My career has been a continuous journey of improvement, innovation, and impact. I began in hands‑on technical roles, translating complex reporting needs into insights that empowered clients. From there, I moved through project management, consulting, and sales - designing employee listening strategies that helped organizations deeply understand and support their people. Along the way, one insight became undeniable: technology has the power to reshape how employees experience work. And I wanted to be at the heart of that transformation.In 2012, I joined the legacy‑technology replacement initiative that would evolve into our modern Engage employee listening product. Over the past decade, I’ve been part of building an enterprise‑level application from the ground up - architecture to delivery, vision to execution. That experience led me into Product Management, where I’ve spent years shaping future releases and driving the expansion of our product’s capabilities.Now, as a Product Leader, I guide a talented team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Designers as we turn strategy into action. Together, we translate vision into a product that brings meaningful, measurable value to organizations and their employees.I’m energized by the quantum leaps happening across the Employee Experience landscape at the moment. New technologies, new expectations, new ways of working - all converging to redefine what’s possible. I’m grateful to contribute to that evolution, and excited to keep pushing boundaries, inspiring innovation, and building products that create better work for millions.
