With over 8 years of experience in the field of Army medicine, I have honed my skills as an organizational leader and a dedicated medical professional. Throughout my career, I have served in various capacities including as a COVID facility manager overseas, medical platoon sergeant, and a decorated member of the armed forces.Through my service I have had the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience by working in multiple roles within the Army healthcare continuum, including working in inpatient, outpatient, and rehabilitation settings. As well as holding every position ranging from line medic to medical platoon sergeant. These experiences have allowed me to develop my clinical skills and gain a deep understanding of the unique challenges that arise in a military medical setting.In addition to my experience in the U.S. Army I was a COVID facility manager responsible for overseeing the operations of a facility that was tasked with providing medical care to service members affected by the pandemic while overseas. This role required me to be a strong leader as I had to manage a team of medical professionals and ensure that the facility operated smoothly. Through this experience, I developed my ability to manage complex operations and to lead a team effectively in high-pressure situations. As a dedicated and experienced medical professional, I am confident in my ability to serve as an effective leader in Army Medicine. I believe that my combination of clinical expertise and leadership experience makes me an ideal recruiter for individuals qualified to join the Army\'s medical team. One of my strongest abilities is my ability to effectively communicate the benefits, opportunities, and intangible skills someone can gain from joining the Army.
