Part of the onsite IT site services and events team managing and maintaining onsite events, Zoom conference rooms and onsite IT support. •Zoom administrator managing Zoom Rooms, granting users access to Zoom, and main point of contact for Zoom phones globally, as well as answering users Zoom tickets and requests. •Migrating desktop and conference phones from RingCentral to Zoom Phones, onsite and remote locations. •Working in ServiceNow ticketing system, to create, track, update and reassigning user incidents and requests. •Working Crestron to troubleshoot and replace/RMA defective Crestron hardware. •Re-imaging, updating, and adjusting Crestron CPUs to get better Zoom room results. •Working with a mixture of Crestron CPU’s, sounds bars, and touch panels, Mac mini’s, iPads, Logitech Rally, ThinkSmart Hub Gen 2 for Zoom Rooms and Owl Labs Meeting Owl depending on room size to give best Zoom meeting experience. •Weekly Zoom conference room and phone room checks. •Responsible for updating the Intranet page for HQ with all Zoom room, Zoom phone room and copier changes. •Assisting with setting up and covering onsite events in HQ and kicking off smaller events. •In charge of trouble shooting Envoy iPads for HQ and Seattle office, ensuring they are online so guests can sing in.
