ABOUT MARTIN FIRSTBROOK

Martin is an executive coach and psychotherapist for business professionals. He draws on many years of corporate leadership experience along with extensive training and experience as a psychotherapist and coach. His work is most often in the context of role transition, as a senior sounding board, and in situations where coaching and psychotherapy collide e.g. stress and anxiety, anger and aggression in the workplace, imposter syndrome, workplace relationship difficulties, mid-life and later life transitions. He has worked with clients from multiple industries and with financial institutions of every size, scale and development stage. He has also worked globally, coaching and assessing leaders from Europe, US, Asia and Africa.
