    The Health Finance Coalition (HFC) is a group of leading health donors, investors, and technical partners that has mobilized >$350M in blended finance investments to scale health technologies and innovations in Africa, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific. Our steering group includes leaders from The Global Fund, USAID, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, the Gates Foundation, the Skoll Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundations, and Royal Philips. Key initiatives include- The Transform Health Fund - a USD 110 million blended fund being that invests in scaling proven innovations in the areas of supply chain transformation, primary care innovation, and digital-enabled financing solutions. The Fund is a joint venture with AfricInvest, a leading financial services and impact investment firm based in Tunis. HFC structured and co-raised the Fund, and is supporting pipeline development and deployment- The Regional Malaria Elimination Initiative (RMEI)- is a $187M blended finance structure hosted at the Inter-American Development Bank that seeks to accelerate malaria elimination in 7 countries in Central America and the Caribbean. HFC led the structuring and resource mobilization of the fund- The Open Doors African Private Health Initiative (ODAPHI)- an emergency loan guarantee facility making more than USD$35 million available to private, small- and medium enterprise (SME) health providers in five African countries. The loans, issued by the Medical Credit Fund, will support essential care for an estimated five million patients in the context of COVID- Deal Construction Team - There are currently few high-impact, investible health deals in Africa. The HFC seeks to fill that gap with a dedicated team actively \"constructing\" deals that bring together the right operators, business models, creative capital, capacity building, and government stakeholders to achieve transformative change.
