About Martin Earley
I have begun a career with JS Sloane Grooming products as the Operations Manager, and right hand to the President. Within three years of working at JS Sloane I have gone from Operations Manager to the Chief Operations Officer. There are no decisions that are made with in the company that the President and I don\'t both discuss and agree upon. I have grown to teach myself how to take tasks I might not understand or know exactly how to complete, and taught myself the proper way of completing each and everything that is put in front of me. I have become reliant on my ability to learn as I go making sure to correct any mistakes made by me or our employees, and better practices to make sure that it never happens again. I am a very fast learner, and I pride myself on making sure I learn it right so I can teach our employees the proper standards and practices. In this job Multi tasking has become a very important skill, I have been asked to wear many hats and in doing so I have gained skills in all areas of business.
