ABOUT MARTIN DRORUGA
The current senior care system is failing families. Institutional waitlists stretch for months. Caregivers are overburdened and stretched thin. Seniors are left feeling isolated. At Amicare, we’re rewriting this story… We’re improving access to non-medical culturally aligned home care by bridging the gap between overwhelmed families and under-resourced caregivers. Our mission is simple, but urgent: 1) For families: End 200+ day institutional wait lists and find care givers in minutes. 2) For seniors: Receive personalized culturally aligned non-medical home care that respects their independence. 3) For caregivers: Build a platform where their skills are well rewarded. I’m driven by a simple truth: Technology should solve human problems, not create them. That’s why we built Amicare. Our AI-driven platform isn’t just about efficiency. By prioritizing safety, compassion, and transparency, we’re proving that technology can be a force for good. If you’re passionate about transforming care, let’s connect. The work is hard, but the impact is life-changing!
