Working for the Global Assurance team to provide independent assessments of compliance and acting in an advisory capacity to drive continuous improvement activities.Key duties are:• Developing the technical audit protocols for the Well Construction group as a subject of matter expert in Quality assurance, Quality control and Service Delivery;• Developing the audit programs in a standardized process for the different PL segments;• Work with the Assurance Directors to determine the High Risk Quality concerns for the business and provide input to build the yearly Subject Specific and integrated Audit Plan (financial, compliance, Quality & HSSE);• Support the creation and design of Quality training and competencies for the global assurance audit team;• Monitors and reviews QA strategy, framework and processes globally;• Own the Audit Function in the Well Construction organization by working the Global Business Unit Service Delivery Managers to determine priority locations, building an audit plan and conducting Tier 1/Technical process audits.• Audits to be performed:(Management System, Technical operational, process, Manufacturing/product, supplier…. etc.);• Perform trend analysis and provide the relevant stakeholders (corporate management, GZ management and PL/Segment management) with common findings and high-level action plans based on a risk assessed methodology.
