A dynamic professional former Army Officer, more recently in a Senior Operational Manager role, with extensive technical and personnel experience on operations and administration/training, across a range of scenarios and environments. This combination has ensured a very successful military career culminating in the award of a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2018 for extraordinary commitment, self sacrifice and contribution to Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) within the British Army. An effective communicator with the ability to build strong successful teams; accustomed to working under time, resource and financial pressures when delivering projects.
