ABOUT MARTIN DODD

I’m the CEO of Huntswood, where I lead an international team focused on helping organisations solve complex problems in complaints, remediation and customer experience. My role is to ensure we deliver outcomes that genuinely improve how our clients operate, serve their customers, and meet regulatory demands.I believe that complaints and remediation are often misunderstood. They’re still seen by many as a cost - something to manage quietly and out of sight. I see them differently. These moments of friction are opportunities. If handled well, they can build loyalty, recover trust, and give businesses insight they won’t get anywhere else. That’s the approach we take at Huntswood.My background spans decades in regulated industries, including over 30 years at Lloyds Banking Group, where my career started at the frontline with customers at branch banking, and continued to senior leadership. I’ve worked across the customer journey, from front-line service to large-scale remediation, and I know first-hand what it takes to deliver results in environments where getting it right really matters.Now, with Huntsworth, part of ResultsCX, we have the opportunity to take that capability further. We’re combining our deep domain expertise with global reach and innovation in customer experience to turn challenge into competitive advantage.
