At Basis Technologies, managed and mentored a 5-VP/19 Seller team from $22million net media revenue to $165million net media revenue in 10 years. Recruited, trained and retained a talented selling team, many of whom moved into management and leadership roles. Led South team through company’s transformational 2018 from just a managed-service provider to a highly functional hybrid SaS software (Basis - workflow and DSP) launch and continued best-of-class managed service offering. Prior to Basis, spent 23 years with Sports Illustrated working in New York in editorial and sports marketing functions. In 1994, moved into advertising sales in Atlanta for Sports Illustrated and later added Golf Magazine in 2004 moving to Dallas to build out a Texas based sales team.
