CSCS and CCNSG. CPCS Blue card Slinger Signaller. Nuclear CTC Clearance.EDF. Nominated Competent Person. Nominated Supervisor. NR & WM6.I am also an experienced Gantry remote and pendant crane operator. I work in the Nuclear Power generation sector and the Oil and Gas industry. In my Rigging Manager/Appointed Person roll within the Nuclear Power Industry I would conduct pre job briefs, tool box ta;lks, Monthly Appraisals. Site walk downs, Site meetings with various site contractors and department heads. Projects would land on my desk and it is my job to ascertain the rigging and scaffolding requirements and organise the man power accordingly. Create spread sheets with up coming work and the Rigging teams rota. I mesasure up and photograph projects and create the lift plans for each project. These are made and forwarded to EDF for approval with a 100% record of none being refused. I have ran projects as the sol project Coordinator and as a team. I have the Rigging skills to back up my lift plans and the mental attitude to run gangs of men and run Projects. Indeed I have been in Supervisory positions since i left school.
