I have overseen the company\'s growth from incorporation, setting up the laboratory and R&D team and am the technical lead on our bio-process development and peptide discovery programmes. Working alongside experienced technical consultants and mentors I am also responsible for business development and fund raising, through pitching for private investment, securing research contracts and grant funding.
