I am an Internationally experienced brewer and supply chain leader. I have worked with 5 major brewing groups and have lived and worked in 8 different countries. I am able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across cultures, functions and hierarchies and can very quickly deliver sustainable change that delivers top and bottom line improvement. In my role in the Seychelles I delivered a supply performance turnaround enabling a 20% volume increase year on year with 14% and 18% sales revenue growth across the two main product categories.
