Hello everyone, I\'m Martin Butz - A Leading Mind at Telefónica Germany! For over 18 years, I am part of the Telefónica Germany family, and my journey has been filled with wonderful experiences and exciting challenges. As a Director and Member of the Supervisory Board, I have the opportunity to actively design the future of telecommunications. My professional career began at the Germany Armed Forces and continued at Siemens Communications. I studied at the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich and at the FernUniversität Hagen. At Telefónica, I\'ve worked in various Sales roles. As Director of Carrier Management & Roaming I can manage the relationship to other carrier and partner. Beyond my work, I am passionate about art and strive to bring creative approaches into the technological world. My enthusiasm for fixed networks and my leadership style have helped me gain recognition both within and outside of Telefónica. I look forward to continuing to shape the future of telecommunications and bringing my passion and expertise to this dynamic field.
