For the last 15 years I have worked with organizations to gather insight, improve policy and practice and embed the participation of people affected by social issues in strategy and decision making. I am passionate about the power of participation and believe that people and communities need to be in the lead to create meaningful change. I specialize in engaging all stakeholders in research, evaluation and decision-making processes and translating complex findings and concepts into accessible outputs: supporting partners, commissioners, and people affected by social challenges to interpret findings and make informed decision makers.
