Working with an extremely professional team in supporting the Retail Hybrid Model within EE, by listening to our customer interactions and providing regulatory feedback on not only whether we are adhering to regulatory policies but also to improve the customer experience. Other areas of influence within a relatively new team is to support them in managing high risk situations and providing feedback on Policies and Procedures. In June 2022, I took the decision to take a career break within my team. This was partly due to external circumstances as I am a Carer for my partner and so have to work in a hybrid environment. It has also helped me really think about what I want to do in my career going forward and am very open to ideas on how to do this with the right work/life balance.
