ABOUT MARTIN B.

With an aptitude for planning, organising and managing projects, I have a proven history of delivering projects in line with tight deadlines and budgets whilst consistently exceeding client expectations. Prior to embarking on a new project, I always take the time to consult fully with any relevant parties so that I am aware of objectives, requirements and able to identify, prepare for and mitigate potential obstacles. Therefore, schedules are more likely to be maintained and budgets kept to. I am not afraid of taking on underperforming projects requiring transformation in order to succeed. I am able to quickly identify the areas requiring change and put controls and measures into place that will enable a turnaround and lead to subsequent completion. Among my core skills is the ability to coordinate team members and build strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors, stakeholders and other external parties. I make sure there are open lines of communication between all parties and that people understand their roles with the support they need to deliver the best possible performance.
