ABOUT MARTIN ARIAS
As a kid, I was fascinated by designing and building, turning ideas into reality, whether it was an electric guitar, a sumorobot, or even wiring my own house (and surviving it).That passion led me to graduate top of my class in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering in Uruguay, where I led large-scale industrial projects in UPM, one of the country’s most automated companies. To deepen my expertise, I moved to Germany for a Master’s in Design & Development, graduating with honors and receiving the Bosch Prize as the best of my generation.My career has since bridged engineering and innovation: from coaching AI and robotics startups across Europe with the EIT incubator, to developing automation solutions for well-known EOMs Automative companies at Evomotiv.Today, I’m driven by the power of AI to accelerate engineering and innovation.
