Established souring operation with good team, right prices, delivery performance and quality. Achieved more than 50% growth in volume and 8% reduction in prices. Customer returns have been reduced drastically due to various efforts undertaken by me. This company is doing very well and has won most of the prestigious awards in retail this year. B)- 20••••08 - Country manager and Managing Director of Mothercare sourcing India ltd Started and established direct sourcing operation of Mothercare in India. Legal entry, establishing th team (70 people), Setting offices, starting retail in India, Staring Charity Trust for Mothercare are main achievements. Managing the take over from existing agency, without a trouble was the main achievement. All the UK sourcing responsibilities were transferred to Indian team successfully, reducing the cost and time, thereby increasing efficiency.
