In this senior-level business development role, I spearhead all aspects of sustainable business development planning and implementation to identify and cultivate relationships and opportunities with existing and prospective clients, generating revenue and fueling growth. I develop long- and short-term sales and marketing strategies and tactics, forecast sales targets, and define growth projections. In collaboration with cross-functional leadership teams, including technical support, project management, and production, I share market intel and drive business expansion. I also ensure data integrity and compliance as well as lead internal audits providing audit support and gap analysis.• Orchestrate information technology (IT) and hardware product design and development including global tender management leveraging expertise in instrumental analytical laboratories specifically in chromatography, mass spectrometry, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.• Recognised as a GxP subject matter expert and pharmaceutical project manager under GxP conditions delivering knowledge and expertise when advising and guiding pharmaceutical companies on laboratory and production GxP regulations; I have forged strong professional relationships with pharmaceutical company leadership teams.• Leverage a strong scientific background and extensive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry to oversee the synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), instrumental analytics, and structure elucidation.
