My main focus is to generate demand (lead generation) for the Flow Cytometry product groups. This demand is generated through conducting Field Marketing activities like; event organisation (roadshows, congresses and exhibitions) in the UK, The Netherlands, Scandinavia and Ireland. Other activities include the development and implementation of Marketing plans, tracking market trends, training the sales teams and develop and monitor the Field Marketing KPI’s, metrics and bowlers. Within all activities we try to continually improve our processes by using a Kaizen approach.
