The requirements related to the conception of complex systems are higher. Therefore, the specification phase becomes crucial in the development cycle of a system: 70% of defects are introduced during specification phase.Although legacy techniques of system engineering has been approuved, the increasing complexity of products make V&V more difficult to include in the current process. Obviously, some recent methodology like \'Model Based System Engineering\'(MBSE) is experimented by many manufacturers. So that easier their \'Product Life Management\'(PLM) cycle and the variability of new systems. Based on the evidence, taking advantage of the modelling and simulation to run some simulations as early as possible, became my challenge. How to reduce the errors made during first development phases? How to manage the verification of these complex systems?
