I am a highly organized leader with comprehensive coordination, process improvement, training, mentoring, and writing/editing experience. My background includes multiple management and training positions with high levels of responsibility. I enjoy working as part of a team, yet thrive working with autonomy on projects to improve processes, improve efficiencies, and increase knowledge for those around me. I am skilled in business process re-engineering, mentoring, training, planning, organizing, and proposal management. I am also an APMP Practitioner-level certified proposal management professional, with a focus on federal proposals and grant applications.

   I support ICF’s Federal Sector pursuits, driving all aspects of the development of compelling, high quality, and compliant federal proposals with a focus on large, complex, or strategic proposals within ICF’s Enterprise Proposal Center. My responsibilities include: • Collaborating with senior executives, management teams, functional leads, BD leads, innovation staff, partners, subject matter experts, and external consultants to provide proposal leadership • Analyzing RFPs and developing compliance documents and outlines • Developing and managing to the schedule for all Shipley color reviews and final production • Working to continually assess and improve proposal development processes and techniques • Managing people, process improvement workstreams, and/or special projects In addition, I manage special projects like the creation and maintenance of an Artifact Library for the company\'s proposal managers, and I am currently documenting all proposal managers\' tasks and other details for inclusion in a comprehensive Procedure Manual.
