ABOUT MARTHA MOSIER

Martha Mosier currently serves as President of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty®. As an innovative leader in the luxury real estate space, she’s dedicated to expanding opportunities for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s® luxury agent advisors throughout San Diego, Orange County and beyond. She previously served as President and General Counsel at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties (formerly Prudential California Realty) from 2008 to 2025. In her role, she oversaw all operational aspects of the brokerage’s 46 offices and its affiliated escrow company, Pickford Escrow, which operated 16 offices across Southern California.Before assuming the presidency of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Martha led Pickford Escrow as President. She brings extensive legal and real estate expertise to any leadership role, having obtained her California Bar License in 1992. Prior to her time at Berkshire Hathaway, Martha served as in-house litigation counsel for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT), where she spent over a decade defending real estate professionals in a variety of legal matters.Martha’s legal background includes a position with the California Attorney General in the 4th District Court of Appeals. She has tried numerous cases involving real estate disputes and remains highly active in industry-related risk management efforts. She has held vice-chair positions with both the San Diego and Orange County Association of Realtors’ Risk Management Committees and has served on the Strategic Defense Counsel for the California Association of Realtors.In addition to her leadership roles, Martha is deeply committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry. She was an active member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties\' I.M.P.A.C.T. Council and was an officer and board member of The Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) division of the company.Philanthropy and Personal LifeMartha is passionate about giving back to her community, focusing on assisting marginalized groups with housing needs and participating in first-time homebuyer fairs. Residing in Orange County, California, with her husband, Martha is a proud mother of four children and grandmother to two grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys family time at her home in Montana, skiing, hiking, and actively supporting local charities that focus on children and at-risk teens.
