About Martha Mijes

Martha is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice. She has experience working in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Technology sectors and has helped clients make strategic business changes across Strategy, M&A, Business Model Transformation, and Operations. Martha has provided strategic and operational advice to a wide range of clients including, retail pharmacies, PBMs, life sciences manufacturers, national insurers, and technology companies. Her broad range of experience includes operating model design, process improvement, executive communications, knowledge management, workshop design, technology upgrade implementations, scenario planning, Day 1 readiness preparation for large separation programs, and program management. Prior to joining Deloitte Martha was in charge of the day to day operations of New York Presbyterian’s Cardiac Catheterization Lab. She is a Registered Nurse with clinical experience in Critical Care, Emergency Room services, and Cardiac care. Martha also has extensive experience in the Non-Profit sector as founder of CityStep at the University of Pennsylvania and as the former Academic Director at Access Youth Academy, a non-profit committed to better the lives of underprivileged youth through academic enrichment programs and the sport of squash. Martha has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Nursing with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
